This hotel was best base for exploring Santa Cruz Huatulco, loved it and venue’s super-friendly staff that looked after our room-fresh room during the day and the nightly turn down service.

The double room was impressive, featuring a comfy couch and a dresser. We enjoyed walking around the stunning and marvelous location of the resort. - the entertainment provided at the resort was good. - the resort is conveniently close to a lovely, long beach perfect for body surfing. - the "formal" restaurant and surrounding bays added to the overall experience.

Really enjoyed our fabulous rooms in this place.

Came here for 6 days, the hotel was wonderful, it had gorgeous location close to Dreams Huatulco nothing less than perfect and the most beautiful and picturesque bay and Japanese and Italian restaurants.

dreams huatulco exceeded my expectations during this budget stay in huatulco. the staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the beachfront bar was amazing. the restaurant staff, especially felipe and edie, provided excellent service. overall, a fantastic experience.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, right on the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the kids' club. The staff there were incredibly caring and truly made my children's stay memorable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. But what really stood out for me was the staff. They were amazing and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Antonio Hitalde, Rogelio Valle and Edgar, among other waitresses, were particularly professional and knew how to deliver great customer service.

The staff were attentive and treated us well, especially Eddie, Hanum, Miguel, and Angel. The location was beautiful, right on Bahia Tangolunda. The food from different cuisines was amazing. The spa and hydrotherapy were enjoyable. The all-inclusive option made it easy to forget about money.

One downside is that the food selection can be somewhat lacking in flavor and variety.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated on a sheltered bay, which is shared by only a few other resorts. This makes it a quiet and peaceful destination for a relaxing vacation. Additionally, it is conveniently located just 25 minutes away from the airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. You can also find a cozy cafe right across the road from the hotel, offering a pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee or a light meal.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the small size of the preferred customer upgrade lounge. It can get crowded as everyone uses it, making it less enjoyable and defeating the purpose of the upgrade.

The staff was amazing, attentive, and generous. Signature pools were clean with a wonderful beach area. Delicious cocktails and fun water sports. Management was accommodating and compensated for mistakes. Great value for the money.
