Fine infinity pools overlooking the beach, spacious rooms with hot tubs, clear blue ocean great for snorkeling

The pool chair situation is a circus!!! It would be nice to see some late-night entertainment or card tables for family fun!!! Not sure how a hotel can run out of towels before the afternoon!!!

This hotel was best base for exploring Santa Cruz Huatulco, loved it and venue's super-friendly staff that looked after our room-fresh room during the day and the nightly turn down service.

The infinity pools were a highlight, providing fine views of the ocean and beach. The tropical fruits offered at breakfast were fresh and good. Securing poolside chairs was challenging as many guests would reserve them early. There were some unusual dining rules regarding dress codes that felt a bit unnecessary and could dampen the dining experience at times. We also experienced some delayed service during meals, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.

Really enjoyed our fabulous rooms in this place.

Came here for 6 days, the hotel was wonderful, it had gorgeous location close to Dreams Huatulco nothing less than perfect and the most beautiful and picturesque bay and Japanese and Italian restaurants.

The beach was perfect for swimming and the adult pools provided a nice escape. We enjoyed theme nights with karaoke and Mexican Fiesta. The Unlimited-Luxury concept was a win, great to indulge in everything we wanted without a care.

Just a smart choice for a lightning stop in Santa Cruz Huatulco with fantastic value. The adult pool was always clean and had excellent drink service. Bring your own snacks and drinks because they can be pricey at the resort.

I was thrilled with the compact layout of the resort. I really loved that I could enjoy the fine views from the infinity pool while being only a few steps from the beach.

Entertainment staff kept the vibe alive with fun activities like Bingo and karaoke nights. Securing a chair at the pool was a daily struggle as early risers often held spots for hours. Room was spacious with great amenities, but the dining options were just okay.

Plus, my spacious room had a hot tub on the balcony, the perfect way to kickstart your mornings in paradise!

Dreams is a lovely resort with fine infinity pools that overlook the ocean. The staff is really good, especially eddie at the pool who made our days more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right by a warm beach and close to town. We had a fantastic time overall.

the room lacked sufficient storage. but the beach was stunning, the mini bar was restocked daily, and the kids club had fun activities for the little ones!

We loved the spacious room with a fine partial ocean view and a hot tub on the balcony that added a touch of luxury to our mornings. The pools are beautifully designed, particularly the infinity pool overlooking the beach. The staff was attentive, especially at the beach and pool. Our favorite dining spot was Oceana, where the steak was perfectly cooked and delicious!
